Admission
Application forms for admission can be obtained from the
Administration Office, Institut Teknologi Brunei, Jalan Tungku Link, Gadong
BE1410, Brunei Darussalam. All applicants will be notified of their results
in writing. Applicants who are employed must first obtain the approval
of their Heads of Department and submit their applications through their
respective Departments.
Student Admission and Selection for the 2009/2010 Academic Session
1. All
applicants (EXCEPT in-service training) have to APPLY ONLINE at www.hecas.edu.bn
2.
In-service applicants have to buy the application form from the ITB Admin
Office.
3. The website will be available starting 07 February 2009.
4. Applicants can check the website to get step by step instruction to
fill in the Application form, request for Application Tracking number
and submit the Application.
a. Using a DST mobile line, the applicants need to send a SMS to request
a password to initiate the first time login for www.hecas.edu.bn
portal.
b. Payment of the application form will be deducted via SMS.
Course Structure
The general course structure for a full-time study at the Higher National
Diploma level is: 2 1/2 years of study -
4 semesters Institution based, 1 semester Industrial placement.
