Admission
Application forms for admission can be obtained from the Scholarship Section
of the Education Department. The closing date for the submission of applications
will be announced by the Scholarship Section and all applications are
to be submitted to this section. All applicants will be notified of their
results in writing.
Applicants who are employed must first obtain the approval of their Heads
of Department and submit their applications through their respective Departments.
Courses
The general course structure for a full-time study at the Higher National
Diploma level is:

Requirement
To be eligible for admission to a course of study, an applicant must satisfy
the following general entrance requirements and course requirements.
General
Requirements
All applicants must be citizens of His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam.
Candidates must have an O-Level credit in the Malay language. (All Ordinary
and Advanced Level results MUST be of Brunei Cambridge/Singapore Cambridge
or its equivalent. Grades obtained for the Malay language after 1984 through
the GCE London Board of Examinations are not acceptable.)
Candidates from technical colleges/schools who have no O-level Malay Language
must have a BJCE level credit in the Malay language and must pass a special
written test.
Interviews
and Tests
Applicants may be required to attend interviews and sit for the English
Communication and Numeracy tests.
Enrollment
Applicants offered a place must enroll at the time, date and venue specified
by the Registrar.
