RULES AND REGULATIONS

• The competition is open to locals and foreign residents in Brunei Darussalam.
• Locals can submit their entries individually or as a team.
• Foreign residents must collaborate with at least one local to be eligible for the competition.
• Participants must enter the competition individually (for locals only) or as a team of not more than three members
• Staff and students of schools, technical and tertiary educational institutions as well as staff from government and private organisations are eligible to participate in the appropriate category of the competition
• Only one entry is permitted per participant or team
• The work presented must be an original, no more than three years old and not awarded in other previous competition
