The competition is open to locals and foreign residents in Brunei Darussalam

• Locals can submmit their entries individually or as a team
• Foreign residents must team up with at least one local participant to enter the competition
• Participants must enter the competition either individually or as a team not exceeding more than three members
• Staff and students of schools, technical and tertiary educational institutions as well as government and private organizations eligible to participate in any category of the competition
• Each participant or team is allowed to submit one entry only
• The work presented must be original and not awarded in otehr previous competition
• The work presented must not be more than three years
