Abstract

A first call of paper will be issued in July 2011. Prospective presenters are required to submit an abstract of 300 words maximum summarising their intended paper. The Technical Committee of BICET 2012 will assess each abstract. By the end of August 2011, the Secretariat will inform the authors whether their abstracts were accepted. The Secretariat will invite successful authors to submit full papers for further evaluation.

Full paper  

The Technical Committee will categorise all full papers into the relevant subject areas for the purpose of paper review and evaluation. The review process will be undertaken by a panel of reviewers established by the Technical Committee, which consists of experts from each of the subject areas of the conference. A standard paper assessment form will be issued to all the reviewers and each paper will be assessed by two reviewers to assure the consistency of the review process. Authors will be notified of the comments and outcome of their paper review by the end of November 2011. Authors will be expected to submit a camera-ready copy of their full paper by mid-December 2011.
